CONTACT INFO (PARENTS ONLY) - The family of each player and manager must input their family contact info. Please make sure this form is only submitted once. Deadline for submitting info to this form is Tuesday, August 6 at 10:00 PM

 

ROSTER INFO FOR WEBSITE (PLAYERS AND MANAGERS ONLY) - Information submitted through this link will be used on the roster page of the team website. Those who don't fill this out by Tuesday, August 6 at 10:00 PM will have last year's info (returning players) on the website or won't be included on the website roster (new players).

TEAM PHOTOS - Dave Stock Photography will take all photos (team and individual) on Thursday, August 8 at 12:00 PM in the Arena. Photos ordered by Wednesday, August 7 at 11:59 PM will be discounted. See link for details. 

VOLUNTEER SIGN-UPS (PARENTS ONLY) - Each player's family is asked to share in volunteer duties. Everyone pitching in makes everything run more smoothly! Click the link for more details and sign-up for slots by Thursday, August 8.

VOLUNTEER BACKGROUND CHECK  (PARENTS ONLY) - The form on this link is a background check that all parents must fill out before volunteering at an LISD event. Deadline is Thursday, August 8.

SCHOOLFUNDR - This is the biggest fund raising campaign for the team, similar to SnapRaise that we have used in the past. After creating an account, you submit at least 20 unique email addresses of family, friends, and others who might be interested in donating to the Flower Mound volleyball program. They must be legitimate emails -- coaches will be tracking this! Deadline for submitting email addresses on this link is Friday, August 9. For further details on this program, click here

WELCOME LUNCHEON - All parents, players and managers are invited and strongly encouraged to attend on Saturday, August 10 at 11:15 AM in the FMHS Cafeteria.

SHOPIFY - This is where players and managers order and pay for the practice gear package. Also, please join the Booster Club here! On this site, you can order spirit wear, merchandise, and gameday meals. If you plan to order gameday meals (most families do), please note that Jimmy John's is for Tuesdays ONLY and Market Street is for Fridays ONLY. Deadline for all purchases is Friday, August 9. All items will be delivered to and picked up at FMHS. No shipping is available. 

FAN SHIRTS - Another important fund raiser is fan shirts! Each team has a separate order form, so click the appropriate link to get your form - Varsity, Junior Varsity, Freshmen. Deadline for orders is Tuesday, August 20

AUGUST SCHEDULE - This is the day-by-day schedule of practices and events in August that you need to know. 

MATCH SCHEDULE - This is the master schedule of all matches in the regular season, starting with the scrimmages for all teams on Friday, August 9. Tickets are available online only, but can be purchased right up until gametime. Link coming soon.
